Fordingbridge welcomes people back to its shops and pubs

Following the next step in the roadmap out of lockdown, shops and bars all around the UK have been eagerly putting safety procedures in place and welcoming back customers to their shops and pub gardens in recent weeks.

And the New Forest Riverside town of Fordingbridge is no exception.

Throughout the pandemic, businesses in Fordingbridge have been working tirelessly to “Keep the Heart Beating” in the town, and introducing a range of innovative ways to keep their services going whilst adhering to safety and social distancing measures, to ensure that customers are safe and that business continues wherever possible.

Riverside pub, The George, has undergone an incredible transformation. They have created a stunning sheltered and beautifully illuminated courtyard dining area, from what was once a carpark, in addition to their pretty terrace overlooking the River Avon.

Like The George, our Sculpture Garden & Gallery and Interiors showroom are both open too, and welcoming customers back to enjoy a leisurely browse through our portfolio of limited edition prints, sculpture and original art, and beautiful furniture and home accessories.

And don’t forget, the magnificent wide open space of the New Forest National Park is just on the doorstep too, so you can enjoy a lovely walk in the fresh air and beauty of nature before a little retail therapy, and a much anticipated pint in a pub garden.

If you're not ready to venture out just yet, don't worry - you can still shop with us online, at www.collierdobson.com and www.collierdobsoninteriors.com.
