After another difficult year many of us will be looking to the New Year with hope for better days to come.
A good way to help start the year on a positive note is to set some goals, think about what you might like to achieve, and plan some things to look forward to.
Positive Psychology states that goal setting can help “trigger new behaviours, help guide your focus and help you sustain that momentum in life...Setting goals not only motivates us, but can also improve our mental health and our level of personal and professional success.”
We can probably all agree that something that can help improve mental health is a welcome tool right now. So, whether deciding to eat more healthily, to declutter your home, or to do more things that you enjoy, having some goals and planning how to achieve them is a great exercise for positivity.

Within the next few months, our Fordingbridge Gallery and Interiors showroom will both be under one roof, in the lovely location of Bridge Street in the town centre.
This move means that all of our latest limited edition prints, original paintings, sculpture AND home accessories and furniture can be browsed in one convenient location – still within easy walking distance from the town's central car park, and right in the heart of the action, alongside wonderful pubs, coffee
shops, independent boutiques and gift shops.
On the edge of the New Forest National Park, our riverside town is the perfect place to visit to take advantage of some spectacular scenery and miles of countryside walks.
As well as serving the Hampshire area with our gallery and showroom, we are also thrilled to be expanding the ways in which our wonderful customers can shop with us by opening a second gallery.
